My Angel

I had a wonderful opportunity to use the Blue Awning pages I bought, just because I liked them. I had waited and waited for Joann's to have the right discount and the right coupon to justify the purchase. I used my grape vine die cut from spellbinders to make the vine in the back. The flowers, leaf stalks and butterfly I cut from the papers. The rub on words, chipboard word, papers and buttons are all Blue Awning collection.  I used a sketch from Boys Rule Scrapbook Kits by Jenny Evans as a guide. 

MME Brad Challenge

I recently picked up the My Minds Eye Lost and Found 2 set for the wonderful sunny yellows and patterns that were not to feminine. I knew I had pictures of the boys with their Grandpa on their bikes that would match with the paper. I used the Lost and Found 2 brads, papers, burlap ribbon, ticket and a stamp from the collection. The sentiments from the papers, stamp and ticket perfectly capture how much their Grandpa loves them. I used a sepia ink pad to edge the matting and to grunge to main paper. Thank you for your time.
